VibePass can suspend accounts, reject events, freeze suspicious withdrawals, remove illegal content, and investigate suspicious payment or QR activity.
Refunds may be approved for cancelled events, duplicate payments, fraud detection, or platform issues. Customer no-shows, late arrivals, and customer mistakes are non-refundable.
